Welcome to ForeLine Golf. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ForeLine Golf website and your purchase of products through our online store.
By using this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to the applicable laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA). Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

ForeLine Golf is a South African online golf retailer operating through the ForeLine Golf website.

ForeLine Golf currently sells and delivers products to customers within South Africa only.
2. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
You may not use the website:
- For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- To interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems;
- To reproduce, copy or exploit website content without permission; or
- In any manner that could damage, disable or impair the website or interfere with another person’s use of it.
3. Products and Product Information
ForeLine Golf makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
However, minor differences may occur between product images and the physical product, including differences in colour, appearance or packaging.
Product availability may change without notice.
Where a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, ForeLine Golf will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the ForeLine Golf website are stated in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and successfully paid for, except where required or permitted by applicable law.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before the customer completes payment.
5. Orders and Payment
An order is placed when the customer completes the online checkout process and payment has been successfully authorised.
ForeLine Golf reserves the right to contact a customer to verify order or payment information where reasonably necessary.
Payment is processed through the payment methods made available through Payfast and/or other payment providers integrated with the ForeLine Golf website.
ForeLine Golf will not consider an order paid until successful payment confirmation has been received.
6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
ForeLine Golf reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving:
- Product unavailability;
- A suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transaction;
- An obvious pricing or product-description error;
- Incorrect customer information; or
- Circumstances where fulfilment is not reasonably possible.
If ForeLine Golf cancels an order after payment has been received, the customer will be refunded any amount that is legally required to be refunded.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights available under applicable South African law.
7. Shipping and Delivery
ForeLine Golf currently delivers within South Africa only using Aramex Store-to-Door.
The standard shipping charge is:
- Orders below R2,000: R99
- Orders of R2,000 or more: Free shipping
The estimated overall delivery timeframe is 8–11 business days from the date of purchase.
This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing times, courier availability, the delivery address, public holidays, adverse weather and other circumstances beyond ForeLine Golf’s reasonable control.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Our change-of-mind policy allows eligible products to be returned within the stated return period, subject to the conditions set out in that policy.
Nothing in our Returns & Refund Policy or these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights available to consumers under South African law.

9. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective, damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, customers should contact forelinegolf@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible.
ForeLine Golf will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.
Where applicable, statutory remedies may include repair, replacement or refund.
Customers may be requested to provide reasonable supporting information, including photographs or videos, to assist with assessing a reported issue.
10. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing an order is accurate and complete.
This includes the customer’s:
- Full name;
- Delivery address;
- Contact number;
- Email address; and
- Any other information reasonably required to fulfil the order.
ForeLine Golf cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.
11. Promotions and Discounts
From time to time, ForeLine Golf may offer promotions, discounts or promotional codes.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Promotional offers may have additional terms and conditions;
- Promotions may be subject to availability; and
- ForeLine Golf reserves the right to end a promotion in accordance with its stated terms.
A promotion will not affect any statutory consumer rights.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the ForeLine Golf website, including logos, branding, text, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to ForeLine Golf unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission from ForeLine Golf or the relevant rights holder.

ForeLine Golf makes reasonable efforts to keep the website available and its information accurate.
However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or completely free from errors.
ForeLine Golf reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website where reasonably necessary.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ForeLine Golf will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, interruptions to third-party services, technical failures, natural events or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable South African legislation.
15. Third-Party Services
ForeLine Golf may use third-party service providers to facilitate payments, deliveries, website functionality and other services.
These may include payment providers such as Payfast and courier providers such as Aramex.
Where third-party services are used, their own terms and policies may also apply.
ForeLine Golf remains responsible for its obligations to customers as required by applicable law.
16. Privacy and Personal Information
ForeLine Golf may collect and process customer information necessary to operate the website, process orders, process payments, communicate with customers and fulfil deliveries.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable South African data-protection legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

17. Consumer Protection
These Terms & Conditions are intended to operate consistently with applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to:
- Waive a consumer’s statutory rights;
- Avoid an obligation imposed on ForeLine Golf by law;
- Mislead or deceive customers; or
- Exclude or limit a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Where a provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the applicable law will prevail.
18. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
ForeLine Golf may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be published on the ForeLine Golf website and will include the date on which it was last updated.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that a customer has already acquired under applicable law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any dispute arising from the use of the website or purchase of products from ForeLine Golf will be dealt with in accordance with applicable South African law.
